Position Overview

We are seeking an Account Executive who’s excited to build relationships, drive revenue, and help customers solve complex problems at the intersection of AI and risk management.

In this role, you’ll partner with prospects and customers — from AI teams to legal and compliance leaders — to understand their needs, demonstrate the Luminos.AI platform, and help them to automate AI oversight. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and engineering to refine our go-to-market strategy and shape how we bring our transformative technology to market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Luminos.AI platform and communicate its value across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across legal, risk, compliance, and AI development teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop outbound campaigns and inbound follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in our CRM.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams to help refine positioning, pricing, and product roadmap.
  • Represent Luminos.AI at conferences, events, and virtual demos.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or compliance-oriented products.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort discussing technical products with a range of stakeholders (from data scientists to legal executives).
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).
  • Strong self-starter mindset — you’re comfortable owning your pipeline and operating autonomously in a startup environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in AI, data privacy, governance, or enterprise compliance technology.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles and contract negotiation.
  • A genuine interest in the ethical, legal, and societal impacts of AI.
