Join our innovative team dedicated to advancing the frontiers of AI risk management. At Luminos.AI, we develop software and AI systems to assist in the training and monitoring of other AI technologies, helping customers to ensure their systems operate within appropriate legal and regulatory boundaries. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated AI/ML Researcher to join our research team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on creating and refining AI systems tasked with training and overseeing other AI platforms. You will also develop sophisticated tools and methodologies to analyze AI/ML outputs for potential legal risks and compliance issues, helping our customers ensure that their AI solutions adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

* This is a US-based remote position. Travel may be required on a roughly bi-monthly basis to collaborate with other team members. Preference may be given to candidates in one of our targeted metropolitan areas, currently Washington, DC and Columbus, OH. Employees within our targeted metropolitan areas are encouraged to co-work frequently with other team members and may be required to meet to collaborate with other team members on a roughly bi-weekly basis.
