Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be critical to driving the adoption of Luminos.AI’s AI risk management software throughout our customers’ organizations. You’ll work with customers through their entire journey from initial onboarding to wider adoption. The ideal candidate will be adept at relationship management, be capable and comfortable managing projects, and have an aptitude for communicating and teaching complex concepts. Because our product focuses on managing the legal risks of AI, it’s important that you know or be able to quickly learn basic statistics and AI concepts. Additionally, the ability to understand and communicate basic legal and regulatory concepts is key to this role.


  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Successfully onboard new customers to the Luminos.AI platform.
  • Collaborate with customers to determine their use cases, build a strategy for each to accomplish their goals, and guide the customer on the execution of that strategy.
  • Assist customers with problems they may encounter using our software and guide them towards workarounds as appropriate.
  • Identify common customer profiles to build repeatable onboarding and adoption strategies aligned with those profiles.
  • Identify new use cases and new user groups within customer organizations and collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities.
  • Actively seek, analyze, and report customer feedback to the Product team for continuous product improvements.


  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Consulting.
  • A proven ability to interact with customers including exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • A general understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
  • Candidates should have familiarity with at least one of the following and the ability and willingness to to learn the other.some text
    • Basic statistics and the use of statistical techniques to analyze concepts like bias.
    • Legal principles and risks companies face in using AI/ML for decision making and content generation.
  • The ability to quickly learn new software applications and communicate usage principles and practices to others.

Preferred Skills (a plus)

  • Experience working in or with the general counsel office of a Global 2,000 company.

*  This is a US-based remote position. Travel may be required on a roughly bi-monthly basis to collaborate with other team members. Preference may be given to candidates in one of our targeted metropolitan areas, currently Washington, DC and Columbus, OH. Employees within our targeted metropolitan areas are encouraged to co-work frequently with other team members and may be required to meet to collaborate with other team members on a roughly bi-weekly basis.
